Zelqyn Hub — Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods
Zelqyn Hub access keys are digital products that are delivered electronically.
Because access may become available immediately after delivery, purchases are generally considered final once a valid key has been successfully delivered.
2. Refund Exceptions
A refund may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
• A duplicate payment caused by a technical or payment-processing error.
• An access key that is invalid upon delivery and cannot be made functional after contacting our support team.
Requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase and applicable consumer laws.
3. Change of Mind
Refunds generally will not be provided because:
• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You no longer want to use the product.
• You purchased the wrong duration or plan.
• You failed to review the product requirements before purchasing.
• Your access was revoked because you violated our Terms of Service.
4. Third-Party Updates and Downtime
Zelqyn Hub may depend on games and third-party platforms that can update or change without notice.
Temporary downtime caused by maintenance, patches, game updates, authentication services, infrastructure issues, or the time required to update Zelqyn Hub generally does not qualify for a refund or subscription extension.
5. Game Bans and Account Restrictions
Using Zelqyn Hub is at your own risk.
A warning, suspension, ban, restriction, or other action taken against your game or third-party account does not by itself qualify a purchase for a refund.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact our official support team first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, including disputes filed after knowingly receiving and using a valid product, may result in revocation of the associated key and restriction from future purchases.
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any chargeback, refund, cancellation, or consumer right that you are legally entitled to exercise.
7. Key Revocation
Keys revoked because of violations such as key sharing, unauthorized redistribution, cracking, reverse engineering, authentication bypass attempts, or other serious violations of our Terms of Service are generally not eligible for refunds.
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy when our products, payment systems, or policies change.
Changes do not override rights provided by applicable law.
