Zelqyn Hub — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using Zelqyn Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not purchase or use our software or services.
2. Digital Product Usage
Zelqyn Hub provides digital access keys for our software. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Zelqyn Hub for the duration of your purchased plan.
Purchasing a key does not grant ownership of the software, source code, or any intellectual property associated with Zelqyn Hub.
3. Restrictions and User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
• Share, resell, transfer, leak, or distribute your access key.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, crack, modify, or redistribute Zelqyn Hub.
• Attempt to bypass, interfere with, or circumvent our authentication or licensing systems, including systems provided by Luarmor.
• Exploit vulnerabilities in Zelqyn Hub or its supporting infrastructure.
• Use our services to distribute malicious software or intentionally harm other users or our infrastructure.
• Abuse our key, HWID, support, or authentication systems.
4. Access Keys and HWID
Access keys may be protected by a Hardware ID (HWID) system and may be associated with a specific device.
Sharing a key between unauthorized users or attempting to circumvent HWID restrictions is prohibited.
HWID resets may be provided for legitimate device or hardware changes. We reserve the right to limit or deny HWID resets when we reasonably determine that the system is being abused.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep Zelqyn Hub functional and updated; however, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Updates, maintenance, technical issues, changes to supported games, or changes made by third-party platforms may temporarily or permanently affect certain features.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace any feature or service when necessary.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Zelqyn Hub may depend on third-party services and platforms, including Luarmor and other infrastructure providers.
We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, updates, policy changes, or other actions performed by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
7. Game and Account Penalties
Use of Zelqyn Hub is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for warnings, suspensions, bans, account restrictions, data loss, or other penalties imposed by games or third-party platforms as a result of using the software.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke an access key when we reasonably determine that these Terms have been violated.
Serious violations, including key sharing, cracking, unauthorized redistribution, authentication bypass attempts, or abuse of our systems, may result in immediate termination of access.
Termination for a violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to Zelqyn Hub, our services, or our policies.
The latest version of these Terms will apply to continued use of the service.
